June 21, 2004. Moscow. Borlas Retail became the winner of the "Golden Scale 2004" award in the "Complex automation for non food store networks" category as a result of the national rating "All for the Trade in the XXI Century".

The National Professional "Golden Scale" Award was established by the National Trade Association as the top professional award of the Russian Federation for outstanding accomplishments in the field of trade enterprise development in Russia. This project is a part of the Russian Development Program with the support of the Economic Development and Trade Ministry. The main goal of the project is to provide information about the leaders of the Russian trade market and to recognize their accomplishments.

The National Trade Association experts highly appreciated the work of Borlas Retail in 2003 and recognized the TradeX software based complex solution as the best complex automation solution for non-food trade enterprises in Russia.

The "Golden Scale 2004" awarding ceremony took place during the 4th Exhibition "The World of Trade" Forum where Borlas Retail actively participated. On the Company's exhibition stand Borlas Retail realized the Concept of Modern Business Store, which included all essential organizational elements for successful work of a non-food trade enterprise. Such companies-partners took part in the project as IBM, "Element Store", "Space City" and SHARE.

During the awarding ceremony the Borlas Retail General Director Liubov Rybakova outlined: "The most valuable thing that Borlas Retail has is its personnel. Professionalism and talent of these people is the basic competitive advantage that Borlas Retail has on the market".
